Plant-Powered for Personal and Planetary Health

Having just run a 100-mile ultramarathon, Ben will share his top nutrition tips for maximising an athlete’s performance and health, as well as some key reasons why our environment is an even bigger reason to go plant-based. This workshop is for anyone with an interest in living a healthier and more meaningful lifestyle.
Ben Eitelberg is an environmentalist, plant-powered athlete, accredited endurance sports coach with a vegan nutritionist diploma,  and a passionate proponent for a whole food plant-based diet. He also co-hosts The Lentil Intervention podcast as a platform to share conversations on whole food nutrition, movement and environmental wellness.
