Opito Bay Salt produces 100% unprocessed New Zealand sea salt with a “from ocean to crystal” ethos. Our unique sea salt is naturally mineral rich and hand-harvested on the Coromandel Peninsula. We use traditional solar evaporation methods to preserve the salt’s mineral character, crystal structure and pure ocean flavour. The sea salt is known for its high levels of magnesium, potassium and calcium and is lower in sodium than most salts. The result? Sustainably crafted, mineral-rich, award-winning New Zealand sea salt.
