Heartfulness offers a simple and effective set of practices for relaxation, meditation, regulating the mind, and building inner strength and attitudes,to bring joy and overall wellbeing.

Heartfulness helps us to develop clarity of mind, improve our quality of life, and awareness. We also experience higher energy in our activities and a greater sense of purpose and fulfilment.

There are no prerequisites for learning Heartfulness other than an attitude of openness.
