Sandie and Heather started our kombucha company with the aim of providing a low sugar, delicious alternative to sugary drinks. Not only is it low sugar but also full of healthy acids and enzymes and being a ferment also contains probiotics. Banjo brews is an organic brewery committed to producing authentic komubucha. Our brewery is in Marlborough New Zealand.
Our kombucha is unpasteurised and organic. It is made with a blend of organic green and black fair tea and is flavoured with organic fruit, herbs and spices. We don’t make from concentrate and don’t use stevia or erythritol in our drinks. We also don’t add carbonation after the act. We let our brews work just as nature intended. A slow and gentle ferment.
