Banjo Brews

Sandie and Heather started our kombucha company with the aim of providing a low sugar, delicious alternative to sugary drinks. Banjo brews is an organic brewery committed to producing authentic kombucha.

 It is made with a blend of organic green and black fair tea and is flavoured with organic fruit, herbs and spices. We don’t make from concentrate and don’t use stevia or erythritol in our drinks. We also don’t add carbonation after the act. We let our brews work just as nature intended. A slow and gentle ferment. 

We have recently launched our kombucha cider which is a co-ferment of apple cider and  our Banjo Brews kombucha. A low alcohol (2.5% abv) and low sugar brew it is absolutely delicious.
