Buffy Ellen is the founder of Be Good Organics, a plant-based whole foods blog and store. After recovering from Graves’ autoimmune disease with the help of a plant-based lifestyle, Buffy began Be Good Organics as a way of sharing her recipes and knowledge with others. Her recipes and weekly blog have now amassed an audience of over 100,000 people!

Buffy is passionate about helping you incorporate more plant-based whole foods in your diet, and in this 90 minute workshop she will show you how easy this can be, even on a busy schedule. Demonstrating three delicious recipes as well as discussing nutrition for busy lives, Buffy will show you how to fill your fridge with plant-based goodness to get you through the week. You’ll leave feeling inspired to whiz up your own plant-based treats, excited to share them with friends and empowered to make healthier food choices in your every day life. Nick Atkinson: backing vox, bass clarinet, tenor saxophone

It’s been a gale-force twelve months for Hopetoun Brown. While their debut was the result of Stewart and Atkinson grafting away alone, this new album Look So Good features a gold-plated line-up of guests featuring some of the country’s finest brass players as well as contributions from MarlonWilliams and Tami Neilson.
